As a small, boutique consultancy, we took the decision to apply a strict selection criteria to the projects we support. We only work on projects where we believe we can add the most value and achieve the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

ADVISORY & NED

Richard has significant board experience as an investor, trustee, executive and non-executive director. He understands how to challenge, mentor and guide executive teams as well as how to spot and resolve conflicts between boards and their investors.

INTERIM

Recruitment can be challenging in the current competitive landscape. By working with our Interim consultancy model, you can access senior expertise when you need it, on a highly cost effective basis. Our team offer a range of interim solutions for fixed term periods or to support projects, both inside and outside IR35.

We offer flexible options to suit your requirements; including time based charging, project stage completion, production of agreed deliverables, retainers and consultancy contracts. Our charging methodology and rates are transparent and reporting enables you to easily track expenditure during a project.
