Richard Broadribb
Richard founded Viana Property Consultants in 2022 after seeing the opportunity to work with real estate owners, advisors, investors and occupiers by providing a flexible outsourced advisory service.
He has worked in real estate for the last 32 years and is passionate about working with property owners and businesses to enable them to realise their ambitions.
Prior to Viana Property Consultants, Richard enjoyed a 32 year career in the commercial real estate market. Most recently Richard was Property Director for MDL Marinas Group Limited for 7 years, responsible for the groups commercial property portfolio and its capital investment programme. Richard held senior positions at EI Group Plc (formerly Enterprise Inns Plc) for 15 years where he was Commercial Property Director, Asset & Development Director and Head of Acquisitions. He also worked in acquisition, transactional and value add roles at Travelodge, Compass Group Plc, Granada Plc, Forte Hotels Plc and Grand Metropolitan Plc. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor MRICS in 1994.
Richard is Trustee of Dementia Support and Deputy Chair, Trustee and Chair of Finance Committee of Sage House Tangmere.
